You may request for a replacement within 24 hrs after delivery, if the product found damaged while un-boxing in case of delivery by our authorised logistics.
No replacement request will be entertained if the product has been carried away by the customer himself from any of Mass Marketing’s own outlets or any authorized outlets including Mobile Phones, Cameras, Tabs, Computers, Laptops, Any Small Appliances, Beauty Products and Accessories & Peripherals etc.
In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement, a refund of the same value will be offered to the customer after receiving the product which is to be replaced.
Refund will be done within 7-10 working days with no deduction, if it is reported as per our return policy within the stipulated time frame.
We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit by the authorized service centre deployed by the manufacturer.
If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed by the authorized service centre, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed.
If one replacement has already been approved by the authorized service centre, customer has to wait for the execution of the process by the brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
Customer may contact the brand authorized service centre or Manufacturer’s toll free number directly to resolve the issue.
